The Client Success Manager will work closely with our e-commerce clients, providing strategic insights and recommendations, for all shopping publishers (Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Facebook) that contribute to the achievement of the client’s overall digital marketing objectives.
This role will focus on day-to-day client facing communication, assess digital campaign trends, facilitate client advertising performance discussions, and identify creative new digital marketing techniques to further our client’s e-commerce marketing needs.

About your Responsibilities:
  • Our ideal candidate must have a background in digital marketing with applied experience in e-commerce platforms such as Google, Microsoft, Amazon & Facebook. Ideal candidates will have an insatiable curiosity and enthusiasm for digital marketing and can inspire excitement and curiosity among colleagues.
  • Candidates must have a minimum of two years working knowledge and understanding of the digital marketing landscape, emerging trends, social, organic and SEM tactics.
  • The CSM candidate must be a self-starter, be proactive, can work independently on tasks, work well with a team, follow through on projects, and have advanced knowledge of Microsoft suite products including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Candidates must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to quickly master business processes, and marketing and technology concepts
  • Demonstrate expertise in customer relationship management
  • Partner with sales and client marketing team for a consultative approach to client management
  • Experienced in proprietary key technologies and systems to manage digital marketing campaigns
  • Advanced capabilities to effectively manage digital advertising campaigns –Performance Max, Traditional Shopping, Microsoft (Bing) Smart Shopping, Facebook Ads and Shopify.
  • Strong technical skills to establish, assess, modify/adjust, and improve marketing campaigns over their lifecycle
  • A Shopping CSM will need to be able to work across multiple platforms, balance multiple clients & and prioritize within specific SLAs and expectations.
Job duties may include:
  • Providing a comprehensive e-commerce marketing strategy for clients that may include multiple products across multiple platforms the client may use in house or through other vendors.
  • Work closely with the Campaign Manager to optimize e-commerce campaigns to increase campaign success and meet client’s ROAS goals
  • Schedule and run meetings with multiple teams and team members (both internal and external)
  • Work closely with other team members to provide weekly/monthly/ad hoc reporting
  • Work closely with other team members to update assets in e-commerce campaign
  • Responsible for maintaining and growing a book of clients
  • Work closely with campaign manager to proactively update clients on performance during the first 30,60,90 days of campaign
  • Manage client expectations, communication, and performance metrics
Key Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in the digital space, in an agency environment, or in-house equivalent
  • 2+ years of client service/account management
  • 2+ years of hands on Shopping/ SEM optimization experience – building SEM/ e-commerce campaigns from the ground up and managing them directly
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public relations, or related fields
  • Ability to manage heavy workloads with flexibility to rapidly shift priorities based on organizational needs
  • Open to flexible or fixed schedules
Weekend support needed on a rotational basis not to exceed one week-end a month with other time off during the week to make up for the schedule change.

The annualized base salary for this role will range between $38,700 and $93,150. Variable compensation is not reflected in these figures and based on the role, may be applicable. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, location, and union representation, if applicable
