Veterinary Receptionist/Client Service Representative Needed!
We are looking for a EXPERIENCED, energetic, motivated, organized & friendly Veterinary Client Service Representative to join our busy 2-doctor AAHA-accredited practice in St. Petersburg, FL.
Our Veterinary Client Service Representatives play an essential role in advocating for our clients & their pets. We operate on the core value that we want to treat others and their pets as we would want ourselves and our pets to be treated.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Minimum one year experience as a veterinary client service representative
2. A dynamic warm, friendly, outgoing, caring nature is required for this "first impression" position.
3. We need a detail-oriented, organized, trustworthy self-starter to:
- Cheerfully meet and greet clients and their pets
- Answer phones with a smile
- Schedule appointments and surgeries
- Carefully & accurately document and maintain electronic records per AAHA standards (accurate spelling and grammar are required)
- Familiarity with Avimark is a bonus!
- Check invoices and schedule recheck appointments and/or surgeries at checkout
- Contact clients daily to follow ups on previous appointments
- Work on special projects as assigned.

Minimum education requirements: high school graduate.
Full-time or Part-time
Compensation $13- $15/hr commensurate with experience in a veterinary hospital.
