Your Tax Coach is “not your average” tax strategy firm. We are seeking a client service representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and chat. They will be the first point of contact for our clients and will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Answering incoming calls, responding to emails, and providing support via chat
• Assisting clients with product inquiries, orders, and returns
• Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating complex problems to the appropriate department
• Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience and providing feedback to the management team
• Address concerns, complaints, or other issues by providing solutions, often within a time limit to ensure the client is satisfied by providing amicable resolutions and reliable follow-up with the clients
• Stay abreast of all changes, developments and enhancements for all systems, and services
• Perform account level research and advise client
• Scheduling on multiple calendars
• Maintaining client database through accurate and timely data entry

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a customer service representative or a similar role
• Spectacular attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Ability to work independently
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience working with customer service software
• Can anticipate a problem and offer solutions
• Self-starter
• Amazing at multitasking
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
