Client Services Representative/Sales Support
Hybrid Remote/In Office

Live Event Ticket Agency seeks an ambitious sales professional with a passion for live events! The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of sales experience, is a great communicator and team player. The team member would work on a hybrid model, some days in office, some remote with the expectation that the full time in office may be expected in the future. Position requires 5 days per week which could include some weekends days.
Primary Job Functions include but are not limited to:
Answer inbound calls & emails from existing company clientele.
Build client base via various business development methods.
Field requests for live event tickets from and presenting information via phone or email.
Research product options using industry tools provided and trained on internally.
Participate in company meetings and calls.
Assist owners with client communication when needed.
