About the role: The Client Service Associate provides a unique opportunity to be involved in all areas of the business with a concentration on client-facing interactions. The Client Service Associate specializes in positive first impressions with clients and prospects, while managing client communications, team calendar, and insurance operations. Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Calendar management including coordinating, scheduling and confirming all appointments and meetings
  • Gathering and ensuring accuracy of client data
  • Meet with clients to take insurance applications
  • Manage underwriting process beginning to end
  • Back up and assist other team members as needed

Qualifications:

  • Previous customer service or marketing experience
  • Wisconsin Life and Health licensing
  • Desire to work in our office with a small team
  • Two or four year college degree
  • Open to obtaining Series 7 securities license in the first two years

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
