This position requires availability from 7 AM to 10:30 PM 7 days per week. Most shifts are 4.5 hours and will mainly be between the hours of 3 PM to 10:30 PM; 2 to 4 days per week. Please do not apply if you are unable to work this schedule

Stock & Merchandise the areas of the store near the check out counter The Part Time Clerk/Cashier is responsible for merchandising the dry grocery aisles of the store.

Pulling cases of product forward to the shelf lip, insuring that the cases are stacked up to the next highest shelf.

Making or maintaining correct price signing

Using a box knife to properly cut cases to display merchandise

Keeping all aisles clean and free of debris

Disposing of trash and empty cardboard in appropriate receptacles

Sweeping the sales floor as needed

Providing exceptional customer service

Cashiering duties include but are not limited to:

• Process sales transactions
• Calculate the cost of products or services
• Accept payments
• Calculate and return change when required by the payment method
• Maintain adequate change denominations in the cash drawer and request additional change
• Answer customer questions about products or services
• Reconcile cash drawers and sales receipts
• Report issues with equipment

Any other duties as assigned by the manager in charge
