We are looking to onboard a Medical Reports Coordinator who will be responsible for reachig out to Physician's for pending reports via phone, and sending completed reports to clients. This position works closely with the Clinical Quality Assurance team and ensures work is processed and completed of the highest quality and in compliance with all policy and procedures.
This role is a full time position with a standard work schedule Monday-Friday 8:30-5:30 pm.

Responsibilities:
- Receives completed file from QA for processing.
- Verifies all cases to ensure accuracy.
- Maintains daily contact with the Clinical QA Coordinator regarding workflow and status of pending reports.
- Tracks documentation of all processes, communications in database.
- Photo copy completed reports
- Procesess file for mailing.
- Ensure Proof of mailing is completed accurately.
- Handles and responds promptly to incoming calls, emails or faxes.
- When necessary, notifies management of any report issues or concerns requiring managements’ attention
- Ensures all practices are carried out in accordance with HIPPA compliance practices, state and federal safety standards and legal regulations.
- Promotes effective and efficient utilization of clinical resources and supplies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must obtain high attention to detail in proofreading content.
- Clerical/Office experience required.
- Knowledge of medical terminology a plus.
