What our Cleaning Service Technicians do:

· Responsible for dusting, mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, trash, restrooms, breakrooms, and offices.

· Clean and supply designated facility areas within the allotted time.

· Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies

· Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets

· Show up on time to work appointments.

· Regular care and maintenance of cleaning equipment

· Keep inventory of supplies and materials on company truck

You're perfect for the position if you:

• Have strong organizational skills, are detail-oriented, able to maintain records, prepare reports and reliably develop timely correspondence related to work.
• Have no criminal record and able to pass background check
• Have the flexibility to work independently when needed, but also enjoy working as a part of the larger team.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Great verbal communication skills
• Dependable transportation.
• Ability to work independently at a high level.
• Must be able to pass a background check (including Motor Vehicle).
• Proven working experience as a Cleaner
• Integrity
• High school degree
