Job Description:

Domenichelli & Associates, Inc. is currently seeking driven, junior to mid-level Civil Engineers, with 1 to 5 years of experience in water resources engineering. You will gain valuable experience in our small team environment on projects that range from water pipelines, sewer pipelines, pump stations, and tanks to flood control studies and community masterplans.

The ideal candidate will have recent experience in pump station design, lift station design, pipeline design or hydraulic and hydrologic analyses for flood mitigation or water systems. Other experience and a strong willingness and ability to learn in the preceding areas of work will also be considered.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical or related engineering field
• EIT, PE, or actively working towards a PE
• 1-5 years of experience
• Familiar working within MS Office, Bluebeam and AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Familiar with engineering documents and specifications
• Good verbal and written language skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities:

• Provide support in the development of engineering plans, cost estimates and specifications
• Assist with design reports, quantities, and technical memorandums
• Assist with the design and drafting of plans and exhibits in AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Provide support for construction management
• Provide engineering support in hydraulic and hydrologic analyses on water systems (storm, sewer, potable)
• A working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D including surfaces, alignments, profiles, pipe networks, pressure networks etc.
• Ability to work independently on small projects and assist senior engineers on large projects

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $57,872.96 - $122,639.72 per year
