The City of Willoughby has a full-time employment opportunity in the Building and Zoning Department. Qualified applicants should possess, at a minimum, Ohio Board of Building Standards certifications as Building Inspector (BI), Residential Building Official (RBO) and Plumbing Inspector (PI). Additional certifications are a plus. Preferred applicants will have employment experience in a certified building department. This position requires interaction with the general public and fellow employees. Courteous and effective communication skills are essential. The position provides excellent benefits and salary commensurate with employment experience.
