Great teaching opportunity on the Main Line! Ardmore – Bryn Mawr - Berwyn
We are currently looking for a Substitute Teacher to join our talented teaching staff. Teachers are responsible for implementing the lesson plans, designing bulletin boards, implementing daily schedules, filling out daily sheets & newsletters, keeping the classroom organized & welcoming, communicating with parents & coworkers, etc. Candidates must be able to teach individually and as part of a team.
Qualifications:
- Must meet state requirements for health assessments and clearances.
- Must have a love for teaching children, bringing enthusiasm to the classroom, and engaging young learners.
- Must have strong communication skills and the ability to build strong, cooperative relationships with both parents and coworkers.
- Lead Teachers: Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Assistant Teachers: High School Diploma and at least one of these options: 30 credit hours in Early Childhood Education or Child Development Associate (CDA) or 2 years of experience with children
