Full Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Field Representative that is passionate about servicing child care providers and the children in their care. The Field Representative will provide monitoring, training and technical support to child care providers who participate in the Child Adult Care Food Program (CACFP).

Responsibilities

· Manage assigned monitoring caseload

· Have valid drivers license and the ability to drive to Child Care facilities participating on CACFP

· Conduct pre-operational trainings Day Care Homes and Child Care Centers for the CACFP

· Conduct on-site and virtual announced/unannounced monitoring visits to Child Care facilities

· Provide ongoing training and technical support to Child Care facilities

· Review and properly log invoices, receipts and expenses submitted by Child Care Centers

· Enter data into CACFP computer program

· Submit review forms to Program Manager

· Document descriptive and detail monitoring reviews

· Create monthly monitoring schedule

· Work with Our Daily Bread team members to provide exemplary service to Child Care facilities
