Chief Financial Officer Job Summary

Frontier Business Products is seeking a highly-skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee our financial operations. Management of accounting, budgeting, auditing, internal controls, and sound business practices, as well as directing staff to fulfill this vision. The position will work to ensure the company utilizes its resources efficiently and complies with all governmental, financial and employment law regulations.

Chief Financial Officer Duties and Responsibilities

· Organize and manage all company finances

· Prepare monthly financials and reports in accordance with GAAP/industry standards

· Complete some of the more critical and confidential aspects of accounting

· Assist in the creation of a strategic financial plan, including methods to increase revenue and reduce costs

· Assess all business risks and work to minimize them in a proactive manner

· Perform cash management functions, including maximizing vendor discounts and paying vendors timely

· Manage and track accounting information including billing, collections, and tax information

· Actively manage our customer service contracts and lease portfolio

· Direct involvement with calculation of compensation, including sales commissions

· Establish relationships and collaborate with banks, vendors and 3rd party benefit providers

· Supervise and delegate tasks to the financial and admin team

· Report to and work with the CEO and President on all financial matters

Chief Financial Officer Requirements and Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in accounting

· CPA preferred

· 8+ years’ accounting experience in financial management

· Comfortable with technology

· Excellent management and supervisory skills

· Strong analytical and organizational skills

· Exceptional time management and ability to problem solve under pressure

· Strong oral and written communication skills

· Results-driven outlook

Physical Requirements

· Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk using a computer workstation.

· Ability to see details at close range

· Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.

Hiring: Salary varies depending on qualifications and experience, $105,000 - $135,000 including incentives.
