Chef Job at PIEROGI BAR ST PETE
Only Ukrainian Restaurant in Florida Pierogi Bar St Pete is looking for one Chef to join our 21 person strong team. We are located on 6661 Central Ave. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and reliable and hard working with strong knowledge of Ukrainian and Eastern European culinary arts.
Yearly salary starts at $52000 and will vary on your qualifications. First year sign up bonus is up to $12000 based on measured quality and efficiency outcome.
Responsibilities

*Oversee food safety handling and sanitation practices for kitchen staff *Design, Prepare, and promote Ukrainian and Eastern European dishes to customer preferences with a focus on breakfast and lunch items *Hire, plan and delegate food preparation and cooking tasks to the BOH team *Train and develop cooks as needed
Qualifications

*Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills *Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate the team *Relevant food safety and handling certificate is a must and non negotiable *Experience as a chef with strong knowledge of Ukrainian cuisine and ingredients is a must
