Typical Site Directors Hours are 30-40 hours. This position qualifies for Full-Time Benefits!

Minimum Requirements:

· Must be available during program hours. Mondays - Fridays, NO WEEKENDS!

· Must have experience in certified childcare center or in home child care or college coursework in early childhood education.

· Experience as a Group Leader or previous Site Director role highly preferred!

Must meet one of the following requirements:

· Minimum: Have a high school diploma or equivalent; and have one year of experience working with school age children.

· BA Degree in Child Development, ECE, Elementary Education, Human Services, Nursing, Psychology, Psychology, Physical Education, Recreation, Child Psychology, Social Work, Sociology, or Child Care; and have six months of experience working with school age children OR

· Have a Bachelor’s degree in any field of an Associate's Degree in any field of study listed above and have 9 months experience working with school age children OR
