We are hiring Clinical Assistants for new location in New Lenox, IL as we expand delivery of the Neuragenex Program in Illinois.

JOB DESCRIPTION/PERFORMANCE EVALUATION JOB SUMMARY:

The Clinical Assistant provides professional nursing care for patients at Neuragenex, within the guidelines of the Colorado Nurse Practice Act. The Clinical Assistant is responsible for facilitating, communicating, and collaborating with the physician practice team to identify and meet the physical and emotional needs of the patient. They utilize the nursing process to promote and restore optimal health and well-being of the patient and assume personal accountability for organizational values and mission of Neuragenex.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

· Customer Service: Presents a positive image to patients that supports commitment, compassion and competency of treatments offered at Neuragenex and ensures confidentiality.

· Teamwork: Develops and maintains collaborative relationships with clinic and staff and demonstrates a willingness and ability to assist others.

· Communication: Presents information in a clear, concise, and timely manner and uses positive communication skills in influencing others.

· Problem Solving & Decision Making: Demonstrates effective problem identification and resolution skills as a method of sound decision making.

· Teaching Others/Self Development: Achieves ongoing competency maintenance and develops a self-assessment plan to maintain personal competency.

· Project/Specialized Job Knowledge: Performs duties in a timely manner and identifies and participates in special projects and develops standards and competencies related to implementation.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Clinical background with direct patient care required

2. Surgical Technologist experience preferred

3. CST license/certification preferred

4. Phlebotomy, IV Administration, and Ultrasound experience preferred

5. Three years medical office experience preferred
