Position : Surgical Technologist
Location : Pewaukee , WI
Duration : full time
Job Description
- Provides support services for our Orthopedic Doctor/Surgeon as directed during surgery.
- Orthopaedic background preferred.
- Works in conjunction with Doctor/Surgeon and RN to perform the duties required for intra-operative care of our orthopedic patients.
- Flexing start times and working later if the case goes beyond
- Performs a variety of duties which include but are not limited to:
- Prepare the operating room efficiently and timely for procedure.
- Help with positioning of patients.
- Is knowledgeable with equipment and tasks needed to perform procedures.
- Turnover of operating rooms, stocking, pulling cases, giving breaks and lunches.
Qualifications Required:
- Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technologist Program.
- Central Supply experience a bonus.
- Must have excellent communication, interpersonal and multi tasking skills.
- Teamwork and flexibility are absolutely necessary to meet the needs of our patients and team members
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
