Provide Peer coaching and support services to clients involved in Mobile Crisis Services. Support clients in attaining their goals set at each meeting intervention.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Outgoing personality comfortable with starting conversations to unknown individuals
Comfort in engaging people in difficult venues and discussing uncomfortable topics.
Excellent communication and computer skills.
Willingness to obtain COPA credential for Peer Recovery
Other Requirements:
Occasional travel (San Miguel County)
The position is a rotating 24/7 shift in the office and in the community
Demonstrated ability to constructively work with persons in crisis situations
Bilingual is strongly preferred
