St. Andrew's Bay Health & Rehabilitation Center is a 120-bed Skilled Nursing Facility located in Panama City, FL. What you bring to our team:

• Active Florida CNA license

• New Graduates: Must take and pass the CNA license exam within 120 days of employment to remain an employee of St. Andrew's Bay Health & Rehabilitation Center

• Current/active CPR certification preferred

• Effective verbal and written English communication skills

• Highest level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality

• Customer service oriented with the ability to work well under pressure

• Problem solving skills

• Approachable, flexible, and adaptable to change

As a CNA, you will provide care to our residents to include but not limited to:

• Provide personal care (grooming, bathing, dressing, oral care, etc.) of residents

• Ambulate and transfer residents, utilizing appropriate assistive devices and body mechanics

• Routinely turn and position residents as necessary

• Observe residents carefully and report changes in condition to Charge Nurse

• Participate in collecting accurate date on residents to include vital signs, weights and measurements, intake and output, food consumption, and other information as assigned

• Other duties as assigned
