Shifts: 1st shift 6:00am-2:00pm or 2nd shift 2:00pm-10:00pm EOW for both shifts
Job Description
- Assist residents to meet their daily needs, including personal care and meal assistance
- Respond to resident calls and needs promptly with a smile and positive attitude
- Work side by side with other staff, the residents, and the loved ones of the residents
- Report changes in condition to nursing staff, ensure proper documentation as needed
- Serve as an advocate for your residents and a leader for your team
- Be knowledgeable in the survey process and best practices

Qualification
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Completion of training and competency program approved by the State of Illinois
- Holds a current Nurses’ Aide Certificate from the State of Illinois
- 1 year of experience as a CNA preferred
