Job Description:

CCTV Repair Technician

We are currently accepting resumes for Service Technicians with audio-visual or similar experience who can work independently, learn quickly, and take pride in their work. Dedication, self-motivation, initiative, punctuality, and excellent communication skills are a requirement.

Location:Beltsville, MD

Compensation: $19 - $30/Hr plus overtime. Full Benefits (Health, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, ESOP)

• $2,000 Sign on Bonus

Responsibilities/Duties:

• Troubleshoot and repair all equipment and systems to industry/OEM standards
• Troubleshoot and correct computer software issues
• Repair camera transporters and other industry specific equipment
• Maintain detailed repair logs of all equipment
• Maintain inventory of all and spare parts and components
• Maintain inventory of all consumables
• Perform in field road calls throughout the DMV area depending on day-to-day operations
• Work in dirty environment
• Perform additional functions incidental to service technician activities
• Other duties as assigned
• Ability to work overtime and weekends

Physical requirements:

• Standing, crouching, or kneeling for extended periods
• Climbing and working on ladders
• Lifting heavy objects repeatedly more than 50lbs
• Various physical tasks

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: High School diploma, GED or equivalent
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven record of punctuality and attendance
• Flexible schedule
• Team oriented attitude
• Ability to work under pressure
• Valid driver’s license
