The core responsibility of this position is catching t-shirts from the end of a conveyor dryer. Shirts are printed and then placed on the conveyor dryer to heat cure. Once the shirts reach the end of the dryer, they are ready to wear. Our shirt catcher position is responsible for collecting shirts at the end of the dryer and stacking, counting, folding, and boxing up customer orders. This is also very much a quality control position as we need someone who has good attention to detail to spot any flaws in the shirts to alert the printers. This position can be hot and repetitive.
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Must be self motivated, have a strong work ethic & the ability to work in a team environment. Dependability is a must.
- Comfortable standing for 8+ hrs while performing repetitive tasks.
- Must be able to lift up to 55 pounds without assistance.
- Must be at least 21years old.
- Must have reliable transportation (not Uber)
