Cat Caretaker/Kennel Attendant Job at Paws and Prayers Pet Rescue
Paws and Prayers Pet Rescue has a part-time position available for Cat Care/Kennel Attendant to work at our Cuyahoga Falls office. Responsibilities: cleaning and sanitizing cages/kennels, feeding and caring for cats/dogs, medicating cats/dogs, cleaning of rescued animal area.
Every Thursday, 9a-4p (half hour paid lunch). Dog Care and associated responsibilities. Laundry.
Every Friday, 9a-4p (half hour paid lunch). Cat Care and associated responsibilities.
Initially, extra days will be required for training. This position also affords extra shifts to cover vacations or illness.
Rescue animals come from all walks of life so applicants must be comfortable handling cats and dogs.
Requirements: Successful candidate must be self-motivated, caring, energetic, honest, and want to work. Candidate will share our commitment to delivering exceptional service to our fosters, volunteers, adopters, staff, and the animals. Experience with animals is ideal. Candidates must be punctual and dependable. This job is a physical job so candidate must be able to lift at least 40lbs. Candidates must have reliable transportation. Job Type: Part-Time.
