Cash Posting Coordinator Job at Healthcare Consulting
We are seeking a cash posting coordinator who will work with healthcare receivables. In this position, you will be responsible for retrieving client remittances from various online portals, posting those payments in our tracking system as well as posting the payment detail to the outstanding A/R in the client software. Denied or underpaid claims are then forwarded to our claims specialist to work.
Candidates should have very strong computer skills and be capable of working with multiple programs, web-based platforms, and be familiar with Excel. Candidates must be able to learn new software quickly and work with minimal supervision. Ideal candidates will have at least one year of experience in a professional office environment. Attention to detail, follow-through, and strong communication skills are necessary.
