What You’ll Be Doing:
Job Duties, Responsibilities, Qualifications and Requirements
Job Summary
The Case Manager is an intermediate level position, which manages case processing and communication with their assigned facilities, as well as the relationships with manufacturing representatives that service those facilities. They are responsible for problem identification, tracking and resolution communication to all involved parties timely. Successful Case Managers are self-starters, excellent communicators, well organized and detail orientated individuals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Accountable for accurate and timely processing of charge sheets.
  • Creation of accurate purchase orders for facility and manufacturer.
  • Facilitate communication to facility and manufacturer personnel regarding changes to IPG’s internal processes or policies.
  • Review and respond professionally to facility communications and questions.
  • Partner with various IPG team members and departments to support facility, manufacturer and IPG field sales team relationships.
  • Responsible for personal productivity, quality and service metrics.
  • Contributes to the feedback and overall success of IPG’s facility quarterly survey scores.

Education And/or Experience
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Fluent with all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately on an independent basis; giving great attention to detail and displaying the initiative to quickly identify and resolve variances and discrepancies.
  • Strong problem solver and skilled in conflict resolution.
  • Minimum 6 months of Customer Service/ Case Management experience.
  • College degree preferred
  • Must be able to quickly build a productive relationship with personnel in key roles at the facilities they are assigned. Promptly respond to questions, ensure promises are kept and expectations are managed.
Technical Requirements:
We require that all employees have the following technical capability at their home: High speed internet over 10 Mbps, the ability to plug in directly to the home internet router. These at-home technical requirements are subject to change with any scheduled re-opening of our office locations.

Compensation Range: The minimum salary for this position is $27/hr, plus benefits. Salaries are determined by the skill set required for the position and commensurate with experience and may vary above and below the stated amounts.
