Amber Court of Westbury a beautiful Residential Assisted Living building is seeking a Case Manager to join their amazing team. This is a dynamic position if you are interested in a growth opportunity.
The ideal candidate will have
- Achieved a Bachelor's Degree in Human Services, Case Management, Social Work or the equivalent
- Case Management experience in assisted living or equivalent
- Experience working with the adult or geriatric population
- Good communication, computer and people skills
- Able to establish working relationships with resident and families
- Be able to work as part of a team.
Salary : From $24.00 per hour
Schedule: Day schedule, 1-weekend day may be required
