Caretaker Rent Credit - Bass Lake Crossing Job at Steven Scott Management
Compensation: Monthly Rent Credit $ 845.00
Schedule: Hours per Month 65.00
Must be able to live on-site and be available on the first and last day of the month for turn cleaning.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for maintaining the physical appearance of the building and grounds as assigned by management. May include some building maintenance.
- Responsible for courteous, efficient customer service conduct at all times.
- Handle resident issues efficiently and effectively while maintaining Steven Scott Management’s standard of professionalism.
- Responsible for the preparation of vacant units for occupancy.
- Thorough knowledge of company policies and procedures and community policies.
- Responsible for reporting any unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the residents or the property.
- Responsible for the care, maintenance and inventory of all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company.
- Responsible for operating within OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Act) standards and company safety policies at all times.
- Comply with all industry Fair Housing rules.
- May be responsible to work on an on-call basis.
- Must be available the last and first day of the month for turns.
- Other duties as assigned
