We are looking for a forward-thinking and friendly Recruiting Counselor to join our San Francisco Nanny Placement team. The ideal candidate will have an eagerness to learn, a personable demeanor, phenomenal attention to detail, strong writing & communications skills, and the ability to thrive in an environment that demands responsiveness and a sense of urgency. Please Note: This is a remote position. However, the schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:30 am-5:00 pm PST.

What You'll Do:

  • Key responsibilities include recruiting, screening & meeting candidates; preparing prior employment references; compiling candidate files including resumes and background checks; coordinating the hiring process including scheduling candidate and employer interviews; and supporting the full recruiting and hiring process.

Who You Are:

  • We work with some of the most demanding employers and candidates in our field. The position includes significant time on the phone and communicating by email with candidates & clients. Attention to detail and strong writing & communications skills are especially important, as is a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a great team mentality.
  • Additional requirements include a warm, empathetic, and optimistic nature, keen attention to detail, and strong computer skills.
  • Ideal work experience could include:
    • Prior in-home experience working as a Nanny, Family Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar position
    • Experience in the recruiting industry
    • Experience in any field providing outstanding customer service to high-end clients.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, but not required
  • Bachelor's degree is a plus, but not required

Salary Range: $56,486 to $62,000

The base salary range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the national salary range for this position. Actual salaries may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Care.com's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses and short- and long-term incentives.
