Job Description:* Assisting with Personal care, meal preparation, errands, medication reminders, assisting with range of motion exercises, other assistance as requested by client. * Light housekeeping, laundry and other household chores as visually observed. * Promote a safe and caring environment * Ability to lift up to 50lbs.

*Job Requirements:* * MUST be willing to drive around 30 minutes or more to/from client's home * Have caregiving experience and/or a CNA, PCA, LPN, or RN (2 years minimum) * Valid Driver’s License with valid car insurance / reliable transportation * Pass a comprehensive background check and reference check * Pass PHC’s skills & knowledge assessment * Ability to show empathy and kindness to others * Experience working with Alzheimer's, Dementia, Parkinson's, or ALS patients a plus * Basic English speaking, reading, and writing skills; High School Diploma or equivalent

*Pay Rate: $18-$21 Depending upon experience. Advancement and promotion opportunities available!
