Job Responsibilities:
- Perform duties as assigned on personal care service plan
- Provide direct and indirect personal care to client's in the home setting
- Establish and maintain effective communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
- Observe and report any changes in the client's mental, physical or emotional condition or home situation to supervisor
Job Requirements:
- Must have CNA/HHA Certificate
- Must have up-to-date HIV, Alzheimer’s and CPR Training
- Must have valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Must display high moral standards of honesty and integrity
- Must complete training and orientation program
- Must successfully complete the required background check and drug screenings
