Responsibilities and Duties

Assist clients with activities of daily living: meal preparation, personal care, light housekeeping, errands, companionship, transportation, ambulation, exercises, etc.;

Create Happier Aging experiences and client focused care in home and community settings;

Deliver on our Brand Promise by owning the client’s experience, ensuring you do whatever it takes to bring peace of mind to our clients and their families;

Execute on the client’s care plan as outlined by the Care Designer;

Provide premium care to clients and their family members;

Respond to Care Services Center Team regarding scheduling inquiries and updates within the agreed upon timeline;

Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly;

Update availability and time off requests to ensure continuity of care for your client.

Requirements

Minimum Caregiving experience of two years;

Two positive professional references;

Must pass a criminal record check and be employable according to the Texas Department of Aging and Disability Services;

Smart phone with an active data plan;

Strong communication skills in English;

Must have reliable transportation and be punctual to maintain a Premium client experience.
