Currently seeking compassionate Marin County based Caregivers/Home Care Aides to fill full or part time openings for a 22 year old male with Cerebral Palsy. He lives with his parents, is wheel chair bound, and needs assistance with all activities of daily living. The hours are 12pm-7pm and the dates are 06/05/23-06/23/23. The ideal candidate will possess at least 1 year of documented experience. This individual will be responsible for observing clients, reporting these observations and documenting observations and care performed.

Job Description:
- Provide in-home client care according to approved Plan of Care
- Assist clients with activities of daily living
- Provide Home Care assistance with personal hygiene and transportation as required
- Assist in providing a safe environment for client
- Comply with all documentation and record keeping requirements
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Marin County, CA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)
Requirements:
- Driver license
- Transportation/ own vehicle
Shift availability:
- Day Shift (Preferred)
