ASAP Personal Care agency is seeking for services from Caregivers. You will be responsible for delivering high quality care to your assigned patient in Los Angeles, CA 90019
Patient details:
Gender: Female, Age: 49, DX: Hemiplegia
Schedule: 40+ hours a week
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assistance to Independence in Activities of Daily Living (ADL)
- Companionship
Ideal candidate(s) will need the following:
· 1-year experience (preferred)
· Current CPR Card
· Physical and Negative TB results within one year from today
· Covid-19 vaccine card
· Malpractice policy (NSO)
Benefits:
· Nurse Patient Ratio: 1:1
· 1099
· Direct Deposit
Employment Status: Independent Contractor (1099)
Hourly Pay: $15.00
