First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking an experienced, analytical, detail-oriented Card Services Officer to join our Card Services Division. In this role, you will be responsible to assist in the administration and development of the finance area of the Card Services Division. Prepare, analyze, review and/or assist in the preparation of various management, internal, regulatory, and other external reports. Employ division financial information to assess competing opportunities and inform decision-making and resource allocation.


The successful candidate will be hired for the level of the position that aligns with their experience.


Work Schedule

Monday-Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm (hours may vary)


The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or accounting or equivalent work experience required.
  • Banking or accounting experience preferred.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in banking, finance, accounting, or data analysis or equivalent experience required.
  • Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good quantitative analytical skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Skill in PowerPoint and data base management helpful.
  • Good project management skills.
  • Must be a self-starter and a team worker to interact with internal and external personnel to accomplish tasks and projects.
  • Organization skills and the ability to prioritize work are essential.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail is a must.
  • Able to handle confidential matters judiciously.
