Dual purpose role for Tri-Healthy CBD and Shirts ATM

Tri-Healthy CBD is a leading provider of hemp products in Ohio and Florida. We specialize in CBD, Delta-8, and other derivatives. We focus on educating customers and guiding them to products that fit their needs. Our team is made up of highly passionate cannabis enthusiasts and sales professionals.

Responsibilities will include: greeting and talking to customers, educating them on cannabis/our products, retail sales, working on computers and with other team members, packaging/weighing product, store maintenance, cleaning, assisting team on projects, and other general retail work. Cannabis knowledge is a big plus, professionalism is a must.

We have two stores in Ohio, one at the Eastwood Mall, the other at the Southern Park Mall. Accessibility and transportation to both is a must. We are looking for someone to work 3-4 days a week, 4-6~ hour shifts to start. On call availability also a plus and can earn more hours.
Pay is weekly, every Friday. All Tri-Healthy sales have the ability to earn tips (not shared tips), also weekly bonuses that give store credit if goals are met. Must be 21 or older to apply.

Shirts ATM is a subsidiary of Tri-Healthy. Shirts ATM makes custom shirts for any occasion. This is a chance to express your creativity if it interests you. Roles for this job would be: Taking custom shirt orders, working with our designers to get .ai files created and vectored, running vinyl cutters and related software, using heat presses, communication with customers about their orders, and shipping/receiving.

Being a dual purpose role, you would be expected to be able to manage responsibilities for both Tri-Healthy and Shirts ATM. Our Southern Park Mall store has both businesses in one store, Eastwood Mall is solely Tri-Healthy and hemp products.
