We are looking for cultivators/ farmers for our 3 large outdoor and greenhouse cannabis farms immediately. FARMING EXPERIENCE A PLUS!!! Experience in cannabis cultivation is preferred but not necessarily required.

Duties will include but not limited to:

-Field management, planting, general plant maintenance, harvesting, and processing

-Cutting, weighing, hanging plants

-Processing:

-Use bucking, trimming, harvesting machines, hand bucking, and hand trimming

-Mixing nutrients, watering, soil management

-Cloning, transplanting, de-fanning, defoliating, and topping

-Accurately tracking and logging temperatures, nutrient levels, water levels, moisture levels, etc for a variety of strains in a variety of environments

-Maintain health of all plant- mom's, clones, field plants, etc

-Agricultural machine operation

-Work as a coordinated team member and or alone

-Some heavy lifting

-Achieve and maintain hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, yearly goals set by management

- Learn, understand, and adhere to all safety protocol requirements and instructions given by supervisor

-Be open to learning, understanding, applying, and adhering to techniques and instructions from supervisor

** Must have reliable transportation.

**Must be willing to adapt to constantly changing conditions and move within the company to new tasks as presented. This may include grading, weighing, packaging, field beautification, cleaning, etc.

**Must be able to work in hot weather.

** Must have some weekend and early/ late availability during planting, harvest, and when needed for large orders.

PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED:

***Experience operating farm machinery/ equipment:

- tractors, skid steer, scissor lifts, large tillers etc.

***Experience in agricultural and general construction, electric work, plumbing, running PVC pipe and irrigation.

*** PREFERRED***

**Experience operating, running, diagnostics, and maintenance of machinery and farm equipment

*Pesticide Certification and/or experience using pesticides

** Welding experience is plus.

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
