Full Time Monday- Friday 6:30p-6:30a W/ every other weekend or Flex/On Call

This state-of-the-art Health and Wellness Center utilizes a holistic approach to wellness through a variety of offerings for the 500+ residents of Broadmead, the 300+ employees of Broadmead and older adult members from Baltimore County and other neighboring communities.
Work out before or after your shift (showers available on site).

1. Responsible for routine after hours/weekends emergency maintenance work in the Community Center, Clusters and grounds
2. Monitors and logs operations of mechanical equipment
3. Checks and ensures proper exterior lighting and turns off unnecessary lights at night and turns on lights in the morning
4. Maintains security of the Community Center, Clusters, and Grounds
5. Checks locks and/or locks designated areas
6. Patrols the community unlocks and opens Community Center in the morning
7. Responds to mechanical alerts as required, reporting any necessary action to the maintenance supervisor or manager on duty
8. Maintains security presence during all shift changes
9. Notifies Head Groundskeeper of snow emergency conditions
10. Ensures the community is properly relieved before leaving
11. Maintains necessary records and prepares reports as required
12. Maintains accurate daily log
13. Prepares incident reports and maintains logs as required
14. Perform mobile patrols of all accessible exterior and interior areas of Broadmead’s grounds
15. Escorts ambulance, hearse and other emergency equipment to proper destination insuring access to such areas
16. Takes any necessary precautions and actions to investigate suspicious vehicles and persons on Broadmead’s property
17. Escorts nursing staff to clusters during emergency calls
18. Responds to all fire emergency calls
