Summary: The Call Center Representative works directly with the Call Center Manager to engage prospective homeowners through a wide variety of lead sources. This job requires high volume customer interaction through phone, email, and text with the goal of setting appointments for our sales team.

Requirements:The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:

• At least 2 years of prior call center experience, sales experience a plus
• Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills
• Highly self-motivated with ability to set and achieve personal goals
• Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills
• High energy with a passion for engaging and persuading potential clients
• Education: S. Diploma

Responsibilities:

• Outbound phone calls, emails, and texts to prospective customers
• Deliver scripted product information to customer in a professional manner
• Qualify leads and set confirmed appointments for sales staff
• Track and maintain customer database
• Maintain high energy and enthusiasm with all customers
• Achieve goals of approximately 200 calls and 3 set appointments per day
• Attend company functions on weekends as necessary
• Other responsibilities as deemed necessary by Call Center Manager

Hours: 40 hours/week; Monday – Friday and Saturdays with flexibility; 8:30am – 5pm preferred. Must work Saturdays but can split the shift with a weekday if needed.
