DialCare, part of the Careington family of businesses, can provide you with some of the best training and tools in the world to help build relationships and serve our existing and new customers. You’ll take as many as 25-40 calls per day from customers who have questions about their Telemedicine benefits. As their advocate, you’ll use our tools to help them set up Consultations with a physician.

In addition, you will utilize our systems to provide Quality Assurance support for our call center.

Core Position Objectives:

• Contact care providers on behalf of the customer to assist with appointment scheduling or connections with internal specialists for assistance
• Be a Listener, Be Service Minded
• Be a problem solver: Own the situation and WOW the customer!
• Be a TEAM player. If you want a single task only, this isn't the job for you!
• Work emails from multiple inboxes
• Complete daily and weekly tasks as assigned

We do our best to find a schedule that works best for you however, Employees When are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8 or 10-hour shift schedules.
