Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
- Frequently assigned to changing priorities
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Generate outbound calls to existing clients and new leads
- Efficiently transfer leads to licensed consultants
- Identify customer needs to achieve superior customer satisfaction
- Flexibility to adjust from one calling campaign to another
- Open-minded approach to receiving training, coaching and guidance
- Meet team sales targets and call handling quotas
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Manage pipeline to ensure leads are converting
- Help answer any overflow calls from inbound calls
Compensation for this role is $17.31 an hour + a monthly bonus
***With Hourly + Bonus, this role has the potential to earn $60,000 - $80,000 Annually***
