Call Center Agent - ISC Job at Renewal by Andersen of Florida
The Renewal by Andersen of Florida ISC (Inside Sales Center) Agent duties include maximizing the conversion rate of calls, leads and inquiries into scheduled appointments via a prescribed appointment setting methodology for Renewal by Andersen.
This job physically reports to our Orlando office five days a week.

Job Duties
- Handle calls regarding quotes, questions about projects
- Make outbound calls following up on warm leads, scheduling appointments, confirming appointments
- Delight customers, as outlined in Renewal by Andersen’s Signature Service program
- Average 150 calls per day
Requirements
- 18+ years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of customer service or sales experience
- Must be able to type at least 30 WPM
- Collections experience a plus
- Inbound and outbound calling
