Café Manager Job at Tropical Smoothie Cafe
Tropical Smoothie Cafe is a fun and fast paced environment. We are looking for someone with restaurant experience who can hire, train, and develop crew members. They will be responsible for creating the schedules, ordering the inventory, leading the team, and all other aspect of the cafe. The candidate must have an outgoing personality who is able to stand for long hours. They will become ServSafe certified and learn how to make the full array of menu items at Tropical Smoothie Cafe. This is a hands on position.
