Business Office Specialist (BOS) Job at Mission Home Health
Our Irvine Home Health team is looking for a BOS! As our Business Office Specialist, you will assist in the daily office processes, facilitates communication of information to office and clinical staff, and provides training in office processes/data entry for new employees. This is a great role if you're looking to break into the healthcare industry.
This role is fully onsite at our Irvine office, M-F, 8-5.
Pay begins at $19 but can go up depending on experience.
Responsibilities
- Maintain office environment (including coordination of cleaning and maintenance)
- Resolve administrative problems and inquiries
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, in-services, appointments and travel arrangements for managers or supervisors
- Work with human resources in the orientation processes
- Maintain current roster
- Post/distribute any company updates or newsletters
- Other duties as assigned by Clinical Supervisor or Business Services Manager
