Business Intelligence Analyst (on-site) Job at Vasion

Vasion, formerly PrinterLogic, is looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our growing team in St. George, UT, and that exemplifies our core values. This position is located at our headquarters in St. George, Utah. Due to the nature of this position, we are looking for local candidates only or someone who is planning to relocate to the Southern Utah area. Sponsorship for this role is not available.


This position will support company operations through dashboarding, data analysis and business enablement project support. This is an excellent opportunity to be involved in strategic, meaningful initiatives and grow within a high-performance technology company that has a fun and innovative culture. The right person for this role will have a strong quantitative skillset along with a solid understanding of business processes and metrics. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment and is a proven problem solver. Prior experience with Salesforce.com and a business intelligence tool such as Tableau or Domo is highly preferred.


Responsibilities:

  • Building KPI dashboards according to specifications from department leaders
  • Developing methods to efficiently collect and organize business data
  • Build reports and ensure data accuracy in CRM tools such as Salesforce.com
  • Come up with new and innovative ways to model and visualize key business metrics
  • Perform ETL work to combine and cleanly format data from disparate sources
  • Support the reporting, analytics and forecasting needs of the organization

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems or a quantitative discipline
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience modeling and visualizing data
  • Knowledge of SQL
  • A proven ability to quickly learn systems and processes
  • Effective communication and teamwork techniques
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment with minimum supervision
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com highly preferred
  • Experience using Domo, Tableau or another business intelligence tool highly preferred
