Role Overview

KORE Planning and Insights Team consults with clients on a variety of business intelligence, strategy, and reporting initiatives. Team members have a client facing role and work as an extension of the client's BI and data teams. This role will report to the Sr. Manager, Consumer and Fan Analytics and be responsible for collaborating with other members of the KPI team.

This role will primarily assist with Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementations, customizations, and administration. In addition, they will also be involved in building and designing Tableau dashboards, along with SQL script writing.

The ideal candidate for this position will be self-motivated, able to meet deadlines, detail-oriented, data-focused, and have a strong ability to work well in a team-based setting. This includes a customer service disposition and the ability to collaborate with both internal and external teams.

Duties and Responsibilities

This position will split their time between CRM customizations, Tableau reporting and SQL script writing. Although we expect this role to expand as skills and experience grow, the following is an estimated breakdown of where we expect this individual's time to be allocated in main categories of tasks:

CRM Implementation & Customization

  • Help implement and customize Microsoft Dynamics CRM based on customer requests or needs.
  • Provide clients with CRM administration support by working with the client sales, service, and sponsorship teams to manage and maintain the CRM and KORE's applications on a day-to-day basis.

Tableau Dashboard Design

  • Understand client use cases and design dashboards that accomplish those goals
  • Use Tableau best practices to build interactive and efficient dashboards

SQL Script Writing

  • Design optimized SQL scripts to be used in Tableau dashboards
  • Develop SQL scripts to be used in automations with CRM and email marketing systems
  • Assist in the development of machine learning models by combining data from multiple data sources

Communication & Consultation

  • Communicating via phone, email, face-to-face and web meetings with customers
  • Analyze and define tasks, data flows, and dependencies in relation to project deliverables
  • Work cross-departmentally to continue to develop KORE's reporting products

Skill Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience / certification working on Microsoft Dynamics CRM platforms
  • 1+ years of Tableau experience preferred
  • 1+ years of SQL experience preferred
  • Familiarity of database marketing and the sports industry
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and technical skills
  • Ability to communicate professionally in both a written and verbal context with external end-users and internal colleagues
  • Attention to detail, ability to work with deadlines, and ability to coordinate across multiple departments
