The Business Development Champion (BDC) will be responsible for increasing sales in the defined territory, and innovating new ways to develop long lasting customer relationships in multiple sales channels. Headquartered in Ashland, VA with distribution centers in Virginia, Georgia, Kentucky, and specialty arborist retail sales and technical service in Massachusetts.

About you:

· High energy and self-motivated

· Highly organized

· Technically minded

· Professional competency with MS Office and related software

· Strong time management, planning, and technology usage skills are necessary

· Experience in the arboriculture industry preferred

· Experience with outdoor power equipment and component sales

· Willingness to travel within defined market geography up to 75% - occasional overnights may be required

· Three or more years of sales experience

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

· Must be coachable and willing to learn new skill sets - adaptable

· Must be willing to submit to criminal background check and vehicle driver background check

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
