About us
Sun & Fun Motorsports is an expanding powersports dealership group based in Iowa City. The group sells and services powersports products for 12 industry-leading brands from the group's multiple retail locations. In addition to this the company operates an independent ecommerce platform selling powersports parts, accessories and apparel directly to consumers.
In the role of a Business Development Specialist, you will drive growth by developing and nurturing business relationships with present and future customers. You will coordinate incoming online and telephone requests, and make appointments for the sales team. Success in this role will be demonstrated by the number of leads that convert to actual sales.
Business Development Specialist Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Answers phones leads and online inquiries
- Schedules appointments and conducts follow-ups with “no-shows”
- Greets customers electronically in a professional manner and assists them with their requests
- Assists customers electronically to navigate brands and models to find the right machine for them
- Maintains communication with customers to ensure satisfaction with service
- Ensures prospects are informed of company promotions
Business Development Specialist Representative Job Requirements
- Proven ability in sales
- Ability to multi-task and confidently managing different customer demographics
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Quick learner who is highly organized
- Proficient with MS Office
- High School Diploma
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $25.00 per hour
