Business Development Sales - HVAC Building Automation Job at Chesapeake Controls
Allegheny Technology a subsidiary of Chesapeake Controls (CCI), a commercial HVAC building & automation controls company based out of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania is seeking a Business Development Sales Representative focusing on HVAC Building Automation & Controls sales and estimation.
The HVAC Building Automation Controls Sales Representative will manage our existing customer base, contract customers, and will pursue new commercial building automation business in the Pittsburgh, PA and surrounding area. The Building Automation Sales Representative will develop businesses through customer relationships and trade shows as well as other company sponsored networking opportunities with facility managers, property management companies, mechanical contractors, owners and with other potential key decision makers.
This position includes a base salary + commission + an outstanding benefits package to include:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in business, engineering or related discipline or equivalent experience
- 3+ years consecutive field sales experience
- Minimum one year of experience in HVAC or Building Automation System (BAS) service, or related field experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Experience with estimation software
- Experience understanding blueprint drawings
