Responsibilities
  • Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with sales appointments
  • Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, scripts and templates
  • Full understanding of techniques to effectively funnel and schedule solid appointments
  • Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources
  • Complete all system paperwork promptly and accurately
  • Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show
  • Track every contact to sale
  • Apply a working knowledge of referral creation and prospecting
  • Participate in team and process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management
Qualifications
  • At least one previous role based in customer service experience
  • Call Center experience is preferred
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to handle heavy telephone contact
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to work on multiple software applications at the same time
  • Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve
  • Prompt and courteous demeanor with an upbeat, positive attitude
  • Must be a quick learner with no fear of change in the workplace
  • Able to work in a process driven environment and be self-motivated
  • Valid Illinois driver's license with an acceptable driving record

Hours

Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
Saturday from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
Rotating days off - one week off on a week day and one week off on Saturday
