1-800-GOT-JUNK?, an international $550M+ franchise organization, is looking for a dynamic, experienced sales professional to grow business from our existing local commercial customers and identify new opportunities.

Business Development Representative - B2B / Local Commercial Sales
Full-Time

As the Sales Representative, you will successfully engage with new and existing accounts through a combination of telephone, virtual and in-person meetings to achieve sales targets. This position is based in Lake Worth.

What you will do:

  • Ensure achievement of franchise revenue growth targets through outbound B2B sales
  • Meet and exceed all sales activity targets, including a high volume of outbound calls, virtual meetings, and in-person customer visits
  • Accountable for the full sales cycle with local commercial businesses (prospects and clients) – welcome calls, follow-up calls, A/R support, estimate management
  • Help drive franchise profitability through building high-value customer relationships
  • Maintain a high level of competitor and local marketplace knowledge
  • Build and maintain long-term account value and identify growth opportunities within existing local commercial accounts
  • Cold calls and reach-outs to prospective new customers and build new strategic business relationships
  • Support the franchise operations team with their strategic growth plan
  • Partner with the National Accounts and Strategic Alliances team to foster major accounts and increase commercial business sales
  • Effectively use our CRM system (Salesforce) to track and report on sales activity

Requirements:

  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in business-to-business sales
  • Experience developing and increasing sales within existing accounts
  • Proven track record of achievement and success demonstrated by meeting aggressive sales targets
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
  • Proficient in G Suite and Salesforce
